Apt200 Montreal

Apt200 is a project that presents some very interesting challenges, as not only is it a bar located on the second floor of a street that has countless street level locations, but the location has a capacity of 300 people and due to municipal bylaws, is not allowed to have a dance floor. Having had to overcome these problems, Apt200 introduced the barcade concept to Montreal while keeping it upscale enough to attract Montreal's most affluent clientele. They decided to stick with what they have proven in terms of high level interior design (brought in once again by Amlyne Phillips) and quality service. The bar is designed as if you were in the largest private loft of all time (including the bedroom) and the design team has worked tirelessly to find and build some of the best bar furniture you can find in Montreal. The music is played by some of the city's best musical talent and hosts international DJs for special "Saintwoods House Parties" each month.
